OLA Legal Issues Conference

Thank you to those who joined the 2024 OLA Legal Issues Conference on February 13-14 at the Crystal Gateway Marriott located at 1700 Richmond Hwy., Arlington, VA 22202 (in the greater Washington, DC area).  We greatly appreciate all of our expert speakers who covered session topics such as a review of recent federal enforcements, an update on bank partnerships, developments in the data broker space, how to prepare for a government investigation or consumer litigation, the impact of the CFPB’s open banking proposal, and the evolving fair lending landscape.  A special thank you to our event sponsors Blank Rome, Hudson Cook, Husch Blackwell, Manatt, Mayer Brown, and Troutman Pepper.  Without their support this event would not have been possible.  More information about our 2025 event will be announced in the coming months.

Each year, this program covers the latest legal developments for the online lending sector and features expert speakers from industry leading firms.  We expect about 75 attendees, primarily general counsels, government affairs directors, and lawyers from leading online lenders, related service providers, and law firms to attend.  The event will also feature multiple networking opportunities including an evening reception.  The OLA Legal Issues Conference is an excellent opportunity to network with your colleagues in online lending while getting the latest updates to help you plan for the future of your business.
