ARLINGTON, Va. (February 3, 2025)—Following President-Elect Donald Trump’s announcement designating Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent as Acting Director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Online Lenders Alliance Chief Executive Officer Andrew Duke Issued the following statement:
