“The tragic and senseless deaths of our fellow Americans highlight the need for all of us to recognize systemic injustice and do our part to address it — not just under the law, but through our everyday actions. We all need to commit ourselves to fighting for equal treatment every day to create a society where justice for all is a fact and not just an ideal.

On behalf of OLA, we share a deep sense of pain and anguish for those who have been impacted by recent events, and we will do our part to fight and condemn all forms of prejudice, bigotry, and intolerance. To our members, employees and colleagues, we will continue to stand in solidarity with you and everyone who lives in fear or faces oppression.
