Online Ad Bans’ Unintended Consequences

It’s time for companies like Google and Facebook to rethink their blanket bans on short-term lending products. OLA members are state-licensed, adhere to 18 federal laws, and abide by a set of best practices. By banning these legal and licensed products from advertising on their platforms, these companies put consumers at risk by creating more space for fraudsters and bad actors to fill.
